 1. when and why to register to company in esic

ESIC Act is applicable everywhere for every company or factory and it becomes mandatory for those companies to implement ESIC Act.


2. And how does it apply to the company esic act 1948

If in any company the number of employees increases to more than 12 in a year, then such activities are considered

And in some factories where work is done for some months and not for some months, this ESIC Act is not applicable there

esi code is a 17 digit identification number provide by esic department


4. Does esi act any option or provision to exmept a company from its coverage

The government can give provision to any company or factory, but the condition is that the company should give more benefits to its employee and the validity of this provision is one year and aur And the employee can also renew it again.


5. is over time consier overtime or not in esi but its consider for monthaly contribution. why

Overtime is not considered but the thing is  overtime is also considered under risk factor and hence the employee can get cash benefits on emergency time
