AUR AGAR KISI CONTACRACTOR NE KISI BHI EMPLOYEE KO KAAM PAR LAGAYA HAI YA TO CONTRACT NE EMPLOYEE HIRE KARKE DIYA HAI YA INTERN HAI UNDER APPRENTIS ACT 1961.
2. (EXAMPTED EMPLOYEE) MEAN VO EMPLOYEE JO APNA PF KA AMOUNT PURA WITHRAWL KAR CHUKA HO
LIMIT FOR PF= PAY= BASIC+ DEARLENCE ALLOWENCE UP TO RS. 15K LESS TO PF KATEGA AUR AGAR 15K SE UPAR HAI TO AAPKO ASSISTANT PF COMMISIONAR KI PERMISSION CHAHIYE HOTI HAI
PF RATE= FROM EMPLOYEE SIDE= 12% (BASIC+ DA)
FROM EMPLOYER SIDE= 8.33% EPS, 3.67% EPF
KUL MILAKAR DONO KI SIDE SE 12% HONA CHAHIYE EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYER DONO SIDE SE
AGAR EMPLOYEE 12% SE JYADA CONTRIBUTE KARNA CHAHTA HAI TO VO KAR SAKTA HAI LEKIN EMPLOYER CASE MAIN ESSA NAHI HAI

WITHDRAWL AMOUNT KESE LE SAKTA HAI MONEY

RATE= 1% WHICH INCLUDE
aur agar salary 15k se uppar hai to usme 1800 ruapy add on ho jata hai
lekin agar employer chsahta hai ki jyada benefit lena chahta hai to mean pure employee ko to is condition main aap full epf le sakte hai
lekin full epf main bhi kuch condition hai inke dwara employee katwa sakta hai
1. less than 15k
2. more than 15k mean 1800 add on ho jata hai automatic mean 1800 rupay katega aur 1800 rupay employer daal bhi dega
3. thisri condition main 12% aapka katega aur 12% employer aapki salary main daal dega yah sara pesa to epf main chal jata hai baaki eps ka pesa to 15k ka 8.33% pesa dalna hota hau.. total to 12% hi karna hai yah mtlb cap hoti hai
kulmilalakar 12% kar dega employer aur baaki ka pesa epf account main chal jata hai
